J-1 Non-Degree Seeking Intern
Use this form if you would like to bring a non-degree-seeking student or international intern to UTSA. This applies to international exchange students through study abroad programs.
- Download the form. Go to File/Save As in your browser to save the form to your desktop so that you may retain changes and email the form to others.
Do not use this form if you are bringing an exchange visitor who will be a J-1 Scholar/Researcher, full-time or part-time student to UTSA. You should use the J-1 Exchange Visitor Request form for faculty/scholar/research/full-times student/part-time student positions.
Note: If mailing documents to our office, DO NOT STAPLE THE DOCUMENTS. Please use a binder clamp or paperclip so that the documents can be copied easily.
